Cancellation Policy
For Subscription Services: Users can cancel their subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be provided for the remaining period of the current subscription.
For One-Time Services: If you wish to cancel a one-time service, please contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may not be eligible for a refund.
Refund Policy
Subscription Services: We generally do not offer refunds for subscription fees already paid. However, if you believe there has been a billing error, please contact us at contact@dksaha.me within 1 days of the charge.
One-Time Services: Refunds for one-time services are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied with a service, please contact us to discuss the issue. We aim to ensure customer satisfaction and will work with you to find a suitable resolution, which may include a partial or full refund, or a credit for future services.
Exceptions: Certain services may have specific refund conditions, which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
